New chevy owner some questions.
So I was a loyal fan of fords.
but I picked up a nice 2004 Silverado today.
I like the truck but it is far too quiet for my liking. I want to get a decent exhaust but I do not know what sounds good on these trucks so forgive my stupidity I want a nice low rumble that is loud when you get on it. looking for a 3 inch cat back. Just would like opinions on exhaust.
Also as for tune I assume when one orders from Black Bear or any other tuner you get a autocal and the tune not sure how this works ( I know fords, for ford you buy a SCT tuner and get e-mail tunes.)
As for intake... I have always put intakes on my trucks but I never see and increase. would I be better off getting a panel filter?
Last question. I will be dropping the tranny pan and replacing the fluid and filter in the near future can the corvette servo be put in around that time?
Thanks all

Nice sound with very little if any drone would be something from magnaflow. Like a 14-20+ inch muffler. Cambered mufflers like a flowmaster can make more drone and be annoying IMO.
The stock size piping really isnt a issue at stock power level so spending the money on a full system is kinda dumb. I'd go custom if you really wanted to do that, could end up being cheaper too. Or just do the muffler and from there back to save more cash and get what you want.
Intake are really just for sound for most applications, a new air filter will be just fine.
