Default new dyno numbers. woohoo VIDEO ADDED

VIDEO >> http://www.1320video.com/videos.php

fun day today. we were at the dyno for about 10hours dynoing a bunch of fbodys, a couple of stangs and a gto.

first thing. my turbo is DONE. there just doesn't seem to be any more power avaliable out of it. i cranked the boost up and didn't gain any hp at all. numbers looked the same as the last trip. dynodan the dyno owner sugested we pull the boost back and start adding timing so we did that and it helped a lot. we got another 30hp out of it by puting the timing up from 14deg to about 20deg and pulling the boost back from about 18psi down to 16psi. the boost didn't go down much but i think the turbo was a lot happier. that put me at 640rwhp and about 50hp more up top.

i tried the meth but didn't get much of a responce. i didn't seem to hurt so we left it on. my iat's went way down and my fueling went richer. seems like i gained a few hp but not a lot. we added the timing after we turned on the meth so maybe it is leting us run all of that timing.

now for the good part. my question with the turbo being done was.. is it done on the exhaust side or just the compresor side? i figured if i spray it and dont get much more power then the exhaust side must be done. we sprayed it and it gained greatly so it seems the exhaust isn't all that choked off just yet

just look at the chart and remember that is a 100shot we hit it with on the last run. the diference between the 640run and the 767run is just a 100shot.

one last thing to mention was i forgot to take it out of 4wd. the tcase was locked in 4hi so the front shaft was spining the whole time along with the front carier and part of one axle. that was probably not a safe thing and robed some hp too.

now for the good stuff. vid in a few days.
green = best run last time, long cool down, boost cranked.
red = less boost, more timing, tcase locked, no long cool down.
blue = same as red + 100shot.

Holy crap, your torque numbers are just rediculous. It looks like the nitrous really helped out, did you make it out to the track this weekend?

what a fun day, got boring towards the end, just like any dyno day, but the 1001tq made it all worth the wait!

The pix will be sorted and I'm going to pull the track pix out tomorrow morning so it makes more sense.

you might wanna get 1320 to update their website. your dyno #s are 4/11/2005 not 2004

Well I guess you arent a 1000rwtq dreamer anymore. Its reality. Just a 1000rwhp dreamer now.

Nice numbers. Go to the track with the 100 shot. You wont be disappointed.
