I've read multiple places that you should gain about 20hp with every 1psi of boost.....I would agree with GREGGO....you should be in the 375 range

what spark plugs do you use?

I have heard the same exact thing, if you up 3 psi that's at least 60 fly wheel hp. then 20% loss is 48 rear wheel hp. So i wouldl say at least 40 hp rear wheel minium.

When was the first dyno run done?? Were there temp differences?? Did you have the bigger rims then??? You said that they didnt have a scanner, I think you may have some timing being pulled. With that much boost you are either feeling the effects of high ambient temps and/ or timing being pulled for whatever reason. I would definately get some logs when you can.

i am with the other guys, those number dont mean much without a scan tool log to go with it. there is probably an obvious problem.

I think 40rwhp is still a little up there, personally. I think the limitation may be the exhaust. A L/T header and free flow exhaust will make a pretty big difference.

What should I get for data software. I want to get something that will work on our 98 TA also. I have always had carbed hotrods but seems like its time to make the next step learning on my EFI cars.

the harder you turn the blower, the less efficient it gets. plain and simple. it isnt a linear result, esp when you are pushing over 6 psi. the heat created = loss of power. 1 psi = 20 rwhp. then i guess you should just pulley it up to turn 10 more psi. get 200 extra rwhp....

saying that, still need to get some scan results, they will tell everything.
