Default new engine lost oil pressure

Everything is new. All bearings, pistons, rods, ls4 oil pump. New engine. I have about 1500 miles on it. A few weeks ago i as at about 6900rpm and hit a little dip in the road. A very short time later i lost oil pressure.
I thought maybe the seal blew out from running over 80psi for so long. Dropped the pan today and noticed the bolt at the pump tube had backed off so i checked the Red seal and it looked fine and thought it was just the bolt not letting it seal.
It's all back together and there's still no pressure.
Am i running the wrong seal? Could air have gotten in the line and needs primed? Could the dumbell have broke in the back of the block? Spin a bearing? Pump already went out?

Some insight is appreciated. The only noise i get is valve train clattering from not oiling.

Yanked the intake off and removed the pressure sensor. Hooked up a pump and primed the system. Never got oil to the rockers tho, only air. Put it back together and had 20psi for a few seconds. Taking it apart again tomorrow and checking the pump.
May just go ahead and order a new one just to rule it out.

How did you prime the system? I have an engine I'm fixing to put in my truck and wanted prime it first. The engine has been ran and has 34,000 miles on it but I did a cam and lifter and timing chain swap and thought I should prime it. It's a 5.3 out of a 2005

Dirt track racer 81 used an old thumb pump oil can and made it hook up where the pressure sensor goes. Then just pump it up.
However when i was building the engine i simply poured oil in the pump when i put it on. Then cranked it over a bit with no spark plugs in. Then fired it up and had plenty of pressure.

As for my issue im not sure if the bump made air suck in and locked up the plunger in the pump or what.
