Default New Exhaust Set up or waste of $$?

This will be going on a blown 5.3L. I currently have the Pacesetter LT's with ORY and a Magnaflow Dual rear exit exhaust. I'm thinking of getting the Dynatech's for the 6.0L with a dual side exit exhaust for a 6.0L (probably stick with Magnaflow). Would there in any advantages in doing this? I was thinking it would be more free flowing becuase of the dual setup and FI. Or would it be a waste of $$ to do this?

I'm not really a fan of the Pacesetters because of the loud engine tick i can hear in the cab and i'd feel more comfortable with cats on, even the hi-flow cats. I hate CA laws. Opinions?

your going from 3 inch collectors to 2.5 with the dynatechs. at your level you could probably benefit from dual 3 inch exhaust.
