Default New Lifters?

While I have the heads off I want to replace the lifters aswell. What lifters should I buy to replace the stock lifters? Stock OEM or Aftermarket? Any suggestions would be helpful? Also include part numbers if possible. Thanks.

You can go stock or use the Comp lifters #850-16. I would advise you stay away from the Comp R's though!

If you have over 200 lbs of open pressure on those after market heads I would definetly replace the lifters. I had problems w/ new factory lifters when I installed my heads. It was a pain to find zero lash w/ the weaker spring inside. I used the comp lifters, they work great.
