Hey hodgee!

My truck is basically the same setup as yours except I have the fleetside short bed and a few different parts.

I have the hotchkis springs and edelbrock shocks but NO hotchkis sway bar setup. How do you like the sway bars? I am planning to install the sways soon.

Have you run your truck in the quarter yet? If so what were your times? Had any stoplight/street runs yet? What cars/trucks have you taken out?

I am very curious to see how your truck dynos and runs! I plan to install the same supercharger setup within the next year or two! This new intercooled kit looks insane!

Do you have an exhaust yet? Check out the corsa system. I love it! It sounds insane, not to loud and the power gains are definitely noticeable. For intakes I would go with the UPD, which I also have. Just check this forum and you can see all the positive posts on this system.

Finally for headers, even though I dont have a set yet, i would check out the AS&M's. I think the Hamm or Thorley headers should also be cool. One of those two headers are selling for about $400 about half of the AS&M cost.

Also for tuning I would check out LS1edit. I plan to definitely get this tuner system when I get my superchager.

Anyway dont mean to throw out all my ideas and opinions but just thought I would share some of my observations.

I got the RC/SB stepside. I am actually waiting for the kit to come in. I should have it all by Friday, and my installer is waiting for the parts, but I will let you know what I think. I ordered it two weeks ago, but Hotchkis told me they were out until now, and they are shipping it on tuesday.

I am waiting for my tax return any time now, then I will get the headers, y-pipe, custom exhaust, and the intake then. Right in june I get an extra check, so I will have my 20's then. To bad this site does not have a pics section. The only thing I did to my truck since I got it, was 1.5" drop shackle swap in the rear, TRENZ billit grill, and a billet antenna, otherwise completely stock. It will take me until june till I have everything except the supercharger. By then though I will have the suspension, rims, tires, intake, headers, and exhaust all done. I might get the Hypertech or the Diablo though, so that I can play a little, and run her at the track.

I took her out to Las Vegas speedway on last Friday and ran her base times. The average time in three runs was 16.28 @ 87mph. Respectable for stock, and up at our 2000ft elevation, but a far cry away from what I want. It should run about 15.8 in Cali with the lower altitude. I got one pic so far, and will post each as the modifications are done. Just link it here:

Only got about 1000 miles on her so far. I was told by Magnacharger that I should put at least 10,000 miles on her before the supercharger to fully let her break in. I will drive this most all the time to get the motor broken in, so I have not even had an opertunity to race anyone.
