Default New member looking for performance help

Hey y'all, my name is Tyler, from NC, I have a 2012 silverado 5.3 with custom tune, k&n, magnaflow exhaust. Looking to get some more power gains out of truck. My only downfall is my wife uses truck to pull small horse trailer to local shows, so kinda somewhat limited on some stuff, see if you guys could help give me some ideas and suggestions. Thanks in advance

I had 3.73's from the factory but I went to 22" wheels, cam, stall, the whole 9 yards lol. If you have anything less than 3.73's, look at them or possibly even 4.10's, that's what I went to. I use mine to pull an 18' car hauler with my toys on it and the gears helped a bunch.
