New here. this is a great site. need some help desperatly. i have a rcsb with a 6.0 FMS 220/220 114LSA cam, fms tuning, fipk, auborn diff, and a cut out, some time last week i broke a valve spring ad was wondering what is the difference is i the comp 918 springs and the z06 springs. the heads i got with the motor was supposed to have good springs but obvious they dont. also what do yall think about thorley headers. one more thing what are some good tires to get b/c this thing is crazy from a 20 punch.

comp 918's are good for cams up to 600 lift. i like mine. z06 springs are only good to 550. i think thorley headres are ok. i think the faves around here are asm's and togs.

I think the 918s allow a little more lift. Don't quote me on that. My mechanic just installed my Thorley headers yesterday with no problems on my 6.0L. I'll be able to post how I like them tomorrow. You're on your own with tires, but I can tell you not to get some low profile Nitto NT450s!!!! They handle well, but suck pretty bad at getting grip.

Edit: Damn 02 beat me to it.

I appreciate it man. This night will never end! It's been a long time coming for me. I'm ready to post some decent times.

Sorry but the title of this thread had me laughing.... I could'nt help but think of mental or physical problems. Like [/b]"Hi, I'm new to LS1Tech and I have Tourettes Syndrome!"[/b]

Hmm, I think I just need to log off and have another beer. Intoxicated posting should be a crime. Hahahah

Thats good. Well thats the first step, admitting you have a problem. I hear alot about broken 918's. Im questioning running them. May look into some Iskys or something else. Not quite sure yet.

All you 6.0 peeps. Dam you all!! Somebody donate me a tranny!.....
