We're gonna need A LOT more info from ya. I'll help ya out a little bit

What kind of truck? (RCSB,ECSB,CCSB, 4x4 or 2wd)
What gear ratio? And are you willing to change it?
What size wheels/tires?
A stall is a must with that cam, what is your stall speed limit?
What are your future plans for it? (street truck, track only, F/I or N/A, nitrous?)

You get the gist of the questions, give us more info.

It's all relative to the setup. That cam would be huge for 3.23 or 3.42 gears and a stock or sub 3200 converter, but with 4.10 or 4.56 gears and a 3600ish converter it wouldn't be too bad. It's definitely not the smartest or most streetable cam, but that depends on what the OP wants to do with the truck.

So I'm gonna assume 3.42s? If so, you're gonna be really slow with that cam

Why would it make it slow?
I'm not really concerned about speed although it would be nice, iv just always wanted a good sounding cammed truck.(i have a 475hp Mach 1 to go fast in :-))

A cam with a higher lift (~.570+) will sound louder.
