If you want a good size cam for the 4.8 without losin to much bottom, then the highest i would go is 220/220 IMO..
Edit: since you say you arent worried about speed, then get a 228R 112 or something if you just wanna sound good..

because that cam isnt going to have alot down low, and with 3.42s means slower outta the hole.. So stock stall with those gears=slow. Of course faster than you are now, But there is better cams for your application especially since its going to be a street truck..

Springs and pushrods, you'll also need a tune. I dont believe you 'have" to change the pushrods but I would go with hardened ones.
