Default New Times

I finally hit the 13's after some time. All it took was some good, cold weather and i ran a 13.72 at 99.28 with a 2.012 60'. My truck is finally running good. All my 4 of my runs were 13's with 2 of them being 13.7's. I figure when I change from the 3.4 pulley to the 3.0 and dyno tune it, I will be in the very low 13's. Very happy with the radix.

Cool deal man, get that 60' knocked down and your times will improve. I bet your truck weighs alot too.

traction is okay. The truck is light in back and I haven't found the best tire pressure and airbag pressure to use to get my truck to launch. With the ET streets, the best 60' time was 2.01 which was tonight. I really need to figure something out. I don't know how people are getting 1.8-9's. My truck is a tank too. I took my subs and back seat out, my 22's off, and the metal bed cover off. I'm sure its still pretty heavy, but never weighed it.

When I cut my 1.9 on toyos I had full weight on the back. Fiberglass tonneau cover, heavy *** rubber bed mat, tailgate, nitrous bottle. Lowered my tire pressure to 25psi, released some tension on my caltracs so it'll squat and weight transfer a little better.. and sure enough it all helped.

if you're bagged it's going to be difficult finding the right ride height and bag pressure for weight transfer. what tire pressure were you at?
