I am getting the AS&M's for my 03 5.3L ECSB and I live in Cali. The headers should be no problem smogging since they use the factory 02 sensors and cats.

GMC SKI- heated up enough to get em smokin, about 10sec. 15psi with tubes, prolly could of run less. How do you like the 4:10 with the rest of your setup? That thing must rip. Next mod for me is 4:10-Eaton, Any problem with the install?
Roll pan came alone. I used 5-#10 stainless self taping sheet metal screws. Spaced even across the top and screwed right in to the bed. Pre drill the pan though. I added two small screws on the outer edge of the bottom to the side of the bed.Not much material to deal with. I also added a 1" stainless bracket bent from the spair tire x-member to the back of the roll pan( on one of the licence plate bolts for support, Pan flexed with out it)
Now, If I could figure out how to post pics here I would

Cool
I didn't end up going with tubes for my truck
should i have I hear that not many people run them
i'm sure it's going to be fine without tubes
The 410's are a pretty good addition the truck really sits down hard off launch now
more so then with my 342's
The eaton is great aswell traction is way better when i hammer it when doing 30 and over
the truck would spin one tire before now she doesn't
i got my stuff from national Drivetrain for like $540 with install kit
Truck went to the body shop to get the pan painted and installed
