APE uses a Mustang dyno, which doesn't usually show numbers as high as a Dynojet. Some say a more realistic number due to load imposing on the stang.

Well, 211 vs. 255 is a huge difference, more than 20%. The amount I see bandied about as far as a standard difference between the two is approximately 7%.
Of course, anyone can break the factory calibration on their dynomometer and get it to say whatever they want it to say.

The Mustang v.s. Dynojet debate is one that will go on forever. From what we have seen here it is roughly 25-35rwhp difference depending on the power level. We have taken cars right off of our dyno, and driven them two miles down the road to the Dynojet and made significantly more power.
