no offense tbyrne, but I have a hard time believing VeraRam went out and tested their intakes with all of the different aftermarket air tubes out there.
If they did, I wish they would come out and say so.
Seems to me they save alot of money in material by not replacing that tube with their aftermarket kit. So of course they'll say the stock tube is best. That way it makes them look good for not replacing it.

The owner of VaraRam told me that they tested this system with different tubes. They also tested it against other inductions that are available. I'm sure someone will try it with a different tube to see how it works

Don't worry, I'm so pissed at Volant that the VeraRam has climbed several points on my most wanted list (the ram-air version of course). I'll be testing it with my Volant tube, if for no other reason, it looks quite a bit cleaner than the factory tube.
