NGK TR55 & TR6 Part Numbers
I got a little bored at work (O'reillys) today and decided to look some stuff up for my truck and I remembered there were alot of people trying to find this things at part stores, and were having problems finding them. That's because we use a different sorting system for the NGK spark plugs and we cannot look them up directly in our catalog. We do however have a crossreference application on our computers.
So I found the common part numbers that we use in our stores for these plugs. If anyone has any experience with these plugs and sees that I am providing the wrong numbers, please let me know, but this is what I found.
TR55 V-Powers (copper) - 3951
TR55 Iridium - 7164
TR6 V-Power - 4177
TR6 Iridium - 3689
We sell the V-Powers for $1.99 and the Iridiums for $6.99. Also most of the stores in my area stocked the TR6s in both V-Power and Iridium, but I did have to order the TR55 Iridiums, but we can get them next day from our warehouses.
Sorry if this is old info, but I wanted to make a reference thread for anyone wanting the common part numbers that most parts places use.
If anyone has any requests for the other versions of them, I can take a look when I go back to work Thursday.

It'd obviously be more expensive, so I'm not sure if it'd be worth any gain you might see. Don't you FI guys have to change your plugs alot? I'd just use the coppers if you don't have the money to spare.
