no i dont have it, but i have found that cam used and i should get a good deal on it. I can wait for a tr224 to come up, but i just didnt know how big of a difference there was.

I wont the idle to be a tad bit rough...is there anyone one here who lives in texas, who would like to do my tune for me.. Im just a engineering college student, I dont have 400 bucks laying around to drop on a tune. I guess what im running into, is i just dont have the money to a new custom grind cam, nor can i afford anything but z06 springs, nor can i afford a tune, i probly just shouldnt be doing a cam :/

alright....that sounds decent. So the verdict is in, the 220 224 112 is a good cam, it will give me some lope not be tooo big, and allow me to daily drive it for a little bit decently comfortably with no tc. And it wont massacre my gas mileage?

It's gonna grind a bit at idle (rough) build power slightly earlier than the graph shown above and the gas mileage will go down a hair. I still don't understand why people want their trucks to lope and shake unless it has to, to attain your goal.
