LOL well I kinda figured you weren't out side at -27... Its obviuosly not reading correctly and may not be reading the proper flow of air going through it. Same problem with the O2 sensor if its not heating up properly then It's not functioning properly.
BTW Just in case you did not know, Always make sure the vehical is up to it's full operating temprature while your checking sensor functions with a scanner.

Maf would cause it to run like **** but the fact that the one sensor was only reading 35 Degrees and the codes I would say its bad too.
