well... i didnt really do it on purpose. i some how cut it on the exhaust clamps, cant find where it cut me, or anything, couldnt even find the chunk of my thumb either :dunno:

i dont have plugs for the 2 other bungs yet, but i kindof ghetto rigged it just so that i can drive it to work without it being too bad. took it for a test drive and i am happy for the most part, but at certain RPM's, it sounds really raspy almost like a popping maybe? and i'm not happy with that part. but i am going to wait till i get everything else fixed before i make my final judgement on them.


two more things:
what is the easy trick to the spark plug wires?

and what could cause the raspy/popping type of noise?

truck has SB intake, these headers and then 3in from the Y-pipe back with a magnaflow muffler 5x8x14 (#14219)

well, after doing some searching, i think i might know what the problem is, i may have cracked a spark plug or damaged a plug wire i thought i was careful, but maybe i did hit one. so i'm going to try and swap those out in the next day or two

which spark plug/wires should i get? and where can i get the boot protectors to protect them from the headers?

Does the drivers side have that funky looking bend on it? Can you post some pics of them installed?

For the extra O2 holes, go to the parts store and get some 14mm x 1.5mm oil drain plugs. They will screw right in.

yeah, i was told that a oil drain plug for a toyota 22r would be a perfect fit, but it wasnt even close, so i dont know if they gave me the wrong plug or what.

and yes, they have that funky bend on the drivers side.
