Default obx style headers

I have been watching headers on ebay, in the last month there has been a lot of listings for these from different companies, they have been getting cheaper and cheaper. One such example is http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/CHEVR...Q5fAccessories. I am curious as to why these have gone from almost $500 a month ago to the $280 listing now up. Is the quality coming down or is there just more competition for these now? I know they are the old style dynas and the hump is an issue for some people, but now they are cheap enough that another set of quality plug wires to get around the hump is feasible. I am just concerned about quality and if it is worth it or just I continue to save my lunch money to buy LPP's. Thanks for any opinions.

I just ordered some of these last night, crossing my fingers they fit my 01!

A friend of mine has OBX and his hits on the front driveshaft. The headers have to be beat quite a bit to make the front shaft fit without rubbing.

its mine... i like mine for the price i have no complaints

i think they work really well for 5.3 trucks... with 6.0 truck i would prolly go with some headers with 1 3/4" primarys and 3" collectors. but for 5.3 i think they work well

How much did you have to beat on them to fit? I have a torch, big hammer, cheap pipe bender and a press.

Mine fit perfect, I have almost 1/2" to my driveshaft. It was alot closer to begin with, less than 1/4", I stuck a wedge between the shaft, and the collector, then tightened the clamps.

I got obx off ebay. And I email the guy who is seller. He discount me to 400 buck. I bought it and fit no problem. But you will need boot heat sheild for spark wire on driver side #2 sparks. I have no problem from anything hitting frame or other at all. It is tight in.
