They don't fit for past my front driveshaft. Had to beat the crap out of them, and the passenger side needed some beating to get it off the frame. Also the hump on the drivers side is annoying. Really the only thing I like about them is the flange they use to connect to the y-pipe since it seals well and can easily be removed.

but Im sure every truck is different...and I used 4wd often and I used it pretty hard, and never had a problem with hitting...not saying these are prefect headers by any means

Yea, I've heard that the OBX's are hit or miss, some guys have them fit perfectly (2wd or 4wd), while others have major problems, usually on the driver's side of 4x4 with the driveshaft. I guess that there's alot of variance in the way that they're built combined with the difference in the way the trucks are built. As mentioned, not every truck is the same.

If you don't have to SMOG the truck for 4 years, than just get the LPP long tubes with the y-pipe, they are currently on sale right now at Speed Engineering for $470 shipped.
Just save your stock mani's and y-pipe, so you can do a little demod when it comes time to smog the truck. A little swap every 2 years really isn't that big of a deal, IMHO. It's what we have to deal with to live in the peoples republik of Kalifornia.....
