the ecu records and stores mileage. if you didnt want the mismatched mileage just put in the new cluster as well as the computer.

does anybody have a picture of this new instrument cluster everybody is putting in thier trucks? i heard that we are prewired for an extra gauge

i heard something about the computer having the mileage on it also. that the dealership could look at the real mileage if needed. but not for sure this is just hear say but jason pendlum might know.
