Well, here is the front of the motor... I can see a problem already with the upper right most pulley...

But, this means the F.A.S.T. will also have the same problem... Any one got any ideas or pictures of how to get around this problem?

Do a search for LS1 Intake Swap....Kano had an EXCELLENT write-up on this a few months ago. The pulley has to be moved using a bracket that Speartech makes (I've got one....it's a NICE piece)

I would be nice to see someone build an aftermarket plug and play for the trucks. To many of us racing now for them not to. I may consider the swap but it seems to be a lot of money to convert to a car style intake.

Found it... https://www.performancetrucks.net/fo...7&page=1&pp=10

See, i think that the car intake will work great for me since i have Forced induction... It's all about smoother air flow, more air flow and getting it all in there to each cylinder...

No doubt, the car intake is worth a lot of HP up top. With the stock intake and stock supporting hardware (cam, tight converter, stock exhaust, etc) it's all fine. Once you change those parts and want something more out of the high RPM, the stock intake doesn't cut it, even NA.
