I wouldve broke my window in a hurry,fawk that but then these engines can take some heat,the temp gauges are off also.

Before i hooked up my Efans to my PCM i had them on switchs in the cab.. Well one night we were out and about doin donuts and stuff.. Looked down and the gauge is Pegged, Hot Coolant light is on.. Turn the fans on and ease down the road for a few mintues and its all good.


If you put your shoe against the tailpipe and push really hard it will kill the engine after a minute.. its not easy but we have done that a time or to..

Its actually kinda funny if someone isnt paying attn and they are sitting there idling in a parking lot or something. Somewhere you know they arent goin anywhere, or they are waiting on you..

Sorry to here this kev. I would have been shittn bricks if I would have been in that situation. Glad to hear you found the problem. Any updates on how the engine is doing? Hope no major damage was done.

Curios to know what theory you all are talking about? Anyone want to pm me or post up the details on this?
