Default ok guys i got kinda a dumb question but i need to know

what is the redline on a old 350 tbi 1989
and what are some little things i can do to give it a little extra power
please help me out guys

5500 red line on the stock rotating assembly is a good place to start. Look to Edelbrock for a TBI intake manifold and matching Performer camshaft. That package will freshen her up a bit.

Swap in a modded LT1 from an Impala & start blowin up trannies & a rearend! Ask how I know.

incorrect, the stock redline on TBI trucks is 4700RPM.

agreed. i think all TBI engines were 4700 RPM. i guess the flow goes into stall after that because of the shitty intake runners.

stock redline is 4700RPM, fuel cutoff is 5000.

Irocs were like 5000 so 4700 doesn't sound unlikely.
