Default which one

ok i have picked three cams to put in my 6.0.
Lunati 230/237 544/543 112
Futral 226/226 575/575 112
Thunder 230/244 575/563 111

just a reminder i have a 2800 vig stall(4l60e) and 4.10 in a rcsb. i plan on spraying put probally only 50-75. it is my daily driver. i want something agressive sounding.

so pretty much what im asking is which one would you pick and why and has anyone had experience with one of these cams in a 6.0?

sorry for the novel
Robert

2 things to consider.......your converter is way small for the 2 larger cams listed and your truck would probably benifit better from a reverse split cam. Reverse splits help on vehicles that heave a pretty good exhaust and a restricitive intake situation. I would say somehting in the range of a 227/224 on 111. Maybe even the TR230 which is a 230/224 on a 111, on an LS1 that cam made 400rwhp on a cam only motor.

Yeah, but those powerbands aren't really that accurate, over 230* at .050 is gonna need at least a 3200 or so, even in a 6.0l. Don't get me wrong it will still run ok, but low end will not be as powerful and your shift extensions will drop too much and drop you back out of the cam's sweep spot probably. The yank TT3000 is too tight too, I would personally look for the 3600 range. The only cam listed would be the 226 that might be fine with the 2800 veter.

I vote Speed Inc's SI Torque cam listed under the Trailblazer. Mine runs good. Got 40 RWHP over my buddy's identical truck.
