Using a 25% correction for your truck I get 520 crank hp from your 416 rw, that 478 rwtq becomes 596 crank tq.
Using a 20% correction factor it becomes 5000 crank hp and 573 rw tq. The 25% drivetrain loss would be more accurate for your 2500 series truck.
There are obviously a lot of variables but for your 2500 series truck, but 30 hp for just punching in numbers is pretty close, who knows excatly how accurate the dyno was either????

Im not sure if this would affect the number either, but here we go. Like in DanaliHD'd, case, he dynoed in 2wd, but runs 4wd at the track. I think that with the extra traction that he gets from the 4wd could through off his mph numbers inturn it woudl affect his calculated rwhp numbers. Does this sound like a viable reason or not???? Please tell me if it doesnt. Its late and I am just shootin from the hip here

424 on motor? That is VERY optimistic. That is about the norm for a heads/228+cam/M6 fbody with a good tune and supporting boltons. Auto are usually around the 400 mark. Hard for me to believe a cam only LS1 in a truck with a 80 is putting that to the wheels. Just for referance, I am looking to get around 380/400 with my h/c ls1 thru a built 65.
