I read it and noticed i didn't mention anything about the Radix being a Lean Mean Grilling Machine!
Both have raised ridges to keep the food high so the fat slides off into the tray or manifold. :p
And how the STS doubles as a Shop Vac should you wind up with troublesom spills in the garage, sidewalk, or freeway!
