Default ordered my first mods

After owning my Z71 for 5 days, I couldn't resist the urge to do a few mods, so I ordered a Magnaflow 3" cat back and a K&N drop in filter. I've always been a Borla man, but after searching the board, it seemed like most people prefer the Magnaflow. Hopefully I won't be disappointed.

Does the tune make much of a difference if I'm not planning on switching out the cam or porting the heads?

Yea the tune will be night and day difference IMO, I think its one of the best mods you can do for the money. I'd reccomend a Nelson tune, I like mine alot but some people have just as good of luck with others. I would go ahead and get a mail order tune though if I were you, you'll be happier with that than a programmer. It might be a problem if you have to take it in for service though.

Those were my first 2 mods also. There was a noticeable difference. I also added the UPD tube and lid, that was a pretty nig difference by itself.

Addicting? No way. BTW Does anybody have a meth injection system they want to sell? I need a fix. My list of mods in my sig. would be longer, but it only allows up to 500 characters.
