Default Overheating issue

Just picked up a truck yesterday from a fellow member on here. The truck went from Alabama to Florida (~490 miles) with ZERO problems. I got the truck home, took a few people for rides, then proceeded to go out for the night. Got a block away from home and the truck started to overheat. I shut it off and pulled over, let it cool off then went back home.

Replaced the thermostat, coolant temperature sending unit, and water pump today with no luck. When it stops raining I'm gonna see if there is air leaking in around an injector, maybe causing the truck to run lean and heat up. In the meantime, anyone have any suggestions? I'm kinda stumped.

It heats up in my driveway, and while driving. Like I said, it made it ~490 miles yesterday without any problem, both highway and city driving.

does the truck have a stock clutch fan? Is the fan working correctly? if the clutch goes bad they will overheat at idle, but usually when driving the cool air through the radiator cools it back down.

The truck has e-fans. I stuck a hose in the radiator with the upper/lower hose off but it didn't do anything. Maybe I'll take it off tomorrow and bring it somewhere to get cleaned up nicely.

Yes the fans are on. I just flushed the system to make sure there were no air bubbles and when I ran the truck with the overflow cap off the upper radiator hose stayed cold. Truck was hovering around 190* When I put the cap back on the temp of the truck climbed and the hose got hot. The radiator is also cool to the touch.
