Well my next thought is possibly step up to a colder plug?

What do you think it could be?

Edit: $20 for me to go to O'Reilly's tomorrow and pick up a set of TR6 plugs. If there are no objections I will go ahead and try that out. It's what I was recommended to do by my tuner a while ago I just never got around to it.

Alright lads it looks like I may have struck oil. Turned off P0325, P0327, P0332 and did some pulls.

Nothing, absolutely no knock (except for like .1 and .2) I think I possibly have fixed it finally. Weird as hell though.

Alright double update. Last night I had my girlfriend hold the laptop as I did some pulls and drove around. Where I live the highways are trash and the roads are trash so I end up hitting bumps and **** all the time. Point being that I hit a big bump last night and instant spike to 5.4 which tells me that it isn't an electronic thing, tune, none of that but just something banging around in my engine bay. I am assuming it is motor mounts but I have no idea and don't want to purchase any of those lol so I will probably just leave it since I have all the codes turned off or just turn the sensors off completely.

If this is a stock engine, just disable the knock sensors and adjust the timing tables were its safe.

when I bought my 2500hd it was weaker than pond water.Ended up showing both knock sensors were bad and only has 3* timing in the high load areas.
disabled them and got to work on the timing tables. No more low timing

Yeah if my headers are a bit cramped then I will be buying some motor mounts.
