Default P300 2004 Sierra Denali

So after an extremely cold night had a ton of issues with the truck even running. Seemed like something froze. I had fuel in the oil. Seemed like it was getting way too much fuel. I let it sit. Now that its nice I went back out to it and now it actually drives and only the p300 code pops up. It doesn't feel like it has the power it should. The voltage is only sitting at 13.3 on my aeroforce. I uploaded my HP tuner log to see if anything stands out to anyone. I am going to do plugs, wires now and see what happens.
