I installed a set on my 09 Silverado about a month ago. I had to wait months for them because they made changes on the headers and "Y" pipe for the 09s. I can't really see any differences in the ones for the 09s and other years, but apparently there is a difference because they use a different part number for the 09 headers. I used Stage8 bolts to secure them. I removed the plastic fender wells to make removing the OEM exhaust manifold and installing the headers with the Stage8 bolts. You'll be surprised how easy it it to get to the bolts and spark plugs through the wheel well.
