i'm going to put my header on this weekend, will the bolts on the stock exhaust manifold work? where can i get the egr block off plate? and i'll be fine if i reuse my gaskets?

Mine came with nothing but the headers. I didn't need anything, I reused my OEM gaskets (you can buy new ones from the dealer well priced), reused my stock manifold bolts, and did not need O2 wiring extensions. 
I did need to fabricate my own "Y-Pipe", as no one makes it for the stock 6.0L exhaust. 
For the other engine, the ORY Pipe will work well.

Mine came with copper gaskets. I used stock gaskets as I am told they are better to use than the copper ones. Did not come with bolts, I asked about that and was told that as nobody used the new bolts anyways, because they sucked, they stopped shipping those.
