Default Pacesetter LT's---Help

After replacing my o2's about twice, I finally installed the corvette o2's on my truck and it kept the SES light off long enough for me to get my tuning done and get it inspected. But the corvette 02's did good for about 1k and now the SES light is on again... Does anybody have anymore ideas o nwhat could fix this??

Thanks

Have you shut off the rear o2 sensors in the tune?

What code is it throwing?
