ok guys a few questions for you ..
1. the front 02's do they have to be extended or will the stock length reach the header location
2. also for those of you that had did away with your EGR valve what did you use to plug the hole in the intake.
hopefully i can get it done in a decent time frame and get the exhaust welded back up and get it on the dyno monday or tuesday. and see just how much see gains on the lil 4.8L

welp drivers side is done and complete
i would highly sugggest that you remove the coil packs VC's, plugs and drop the header in from the top. i couldnt get it to go from the bottom at all this was me and the truck attempting it from the bottom
heres the VC back on as you can see i have had them powdercoated for several months now
and now shes all bolted back up and ready for the passanger side
started removing all the crap from the passanger side got everything unbolted until i couldnt get the manifold and convertor ( couldnt get the bolts loose so i just cut the y-pipe ) out from under the truck ( wasnt jacked high enough and didnt wanna go any higher) so tomm morn i will break out the cutting wheel and get it outta there and hopefully everythign will go smooth and i can make it to the muffler shop before its to late
