Default Pacesetters Long Tubes

I just recieved my pacesetter long tubes today, but noticed that I got part# 72C2265 ( for a 4wd) and I need part # 72C2264 (2wd).
I am pretty sure these will work, but is there a big difference between the two? would I loose peformance?

I think that pacesetter phased out the 2wd headers and makes only a 2/4wd header that will work with both.
