well its about time

I wish I woulda known this back when you made
the first post about them

I was told only 5 sets in your first shipment
but maybe that was just the ceramic coated ones

actually this is starting to add up a little better now

I think Pacesetter has been lying to you guys
the headers are still getting ceramic coated and are not available,
to here them tell it
but when I called you (well, john)
it was all about waiting on the f body shipment
"that sounds bad from a truck point of view"
and nothing about them not being finished

The untactful way Pacesetter handled the conversation we had
and laying blame at the vendor's feet shows their guilt
and leads me to believe theyve been lying to you

IMO This is bad business no matter how you slice it

you dont bite the hand that feeds you especially $15,000+
at a time

This behavior makes me seriously doubt the quality of their product
(nothing against Texas Speed)

I was really looking forward to these headers but...
for this reason and the time issue ,I would like to cancel my order
(John said this wouldnt be a problem)
I hope you understand

Would you mind sending me an Email saying that this has been
completed?

I would greatly appreciate it

good luck dealing with Pacesetter
maybe I helped shed some light on how they run things

my email is batchmanx@yahoo.com

Thanks

Gamedawgx53,

It's no problem, I understand. I will take care of it first thing in the morning. If you would, shoot me a PM with your name or give me a call. Again, I appologize for the inconvience.

By the way, do you know who you talked to at PaceSetter?

Jon
