pacsetter shortys or long tubes?

I also agree with whats been stated above, any kind of handheld is pointless compared to a custom either mail order, live, or dyno. Also, I never saw any difference in low end after I installed my lts. Gained thru the powerband, and the noise isnt even that bad. My exhaust is actually quieter than most guys that have just a flowmaster lol

Longtubes are still probably one of my favorite mods I ever did.

you can get shorties dirt cheap because they suck ***, if your a decent fabricator or know someone who is you can finish your system for very little money to avoid buying the y pipe witch you are going to need btw. Buy the pacesetters from beau@scpc and roll up your sleevs if you want to save some cash, i would splerg on some locking bolts, and copper gaskets personally. Good luck

Unfortunately, his 06 VortecMax uses a 6.0L specific mid pipe section that Pacesetter does not offer. He would have to run Dyantech. If he went the Pacesetter route, he would need to COMPLETELY change his exhaust system to match 4.8/5.3 trucks, that is if the hangers for the cat-back are the same on his truck.

My friend has a 1.8L civic that had a cracked exhaust manifold, which he replaced with long tubes. Stock muffler and sounds ricey as ****. lol
