Default PCV & Radix Questions?

I did a search and got lots of mixed confusion.
My 05 has a fixed orifice at the rear of the drivers side valve cover. No in-line PCV check valve. With a Radix, should I have a boost check or a common PCV check in the line?
And what about the Brake Booster? How is it effected under boost?
I currently run an AMW Catch Can and it seems to be catching a good bit of it. Will not know for sure until the ATV is sold and the Radix is put on. I put the can on @ 4,600 miles. I'll post pics and current milage when it is pulled.
It is not the best season to sell an ATV so it could be a while. It is listed in the Atlanta Advertiser and supposed to be put in the Cycletrader also.
Just trying to line up a few ducks before show time.

I put my catch can on when I did my Radix install. I ran the hoses from the pass valve cover, and the back of the driver's side head to a t, then into the lower inlet on the can. The outlet nipple on the top of the can goes to s t, then to the intake tube, and the back of the manifold. In about 5,000 minle, I've gotten about a teaspoon full of oil in it.

you wont need a check valve in the pcv because the brake booster and pcv are connected before the rotors (before boost) on the back of the intake plenum of the radix

i have had my Radix for two years about 35K of daily driving ...last year i removed the bottom part to look inside and clean things up and there is like three rotors meshed together... i think under boost and long trips you would need a small amount of oil from PVC to get in there to lubricate the rotors....

i had two years of flawless service from this charger been great fun this thing has paid for its self TEN MILLION TIMES OVER i think it hasn't given me any trouble because i didnt change a thing its totally stock.....

...guys with this kind of info!
I've been looking for a ride in a non-heavily modded Radix'd truck without luck, but your application is the next best thing.
You say totally Stock? No K&N? CatBack?
That is all I will have done to mine, the K&N and Corsa Touring.

I have some questions or call it a survey. I hope you will be so kind...

1. Can I get your report on the most lied about thing on the planet "MPG"!
Say before and after? City and Highway.
2. What is the top speed you can cruise on the freeway without boost?
3. Are you intercooled?
4. What gears are you running?
5. What part of the country are you in?
6. Have you had it on a Dyno?
7. Did you use the spray foam noise dampener in the passenger fender?
8. Tell us about the in-cab noise at cruise?
9. What Octane?
10. Any mods at all?
11. What kind of tires do you have.

Thank You...

I have an 04 GMC Z71 rcsb with a Radix, Magnaflow cat back. Just the K&N panel filter, and an opened up airbox. Just got back from a 4,000 mile trip, gas mileage was in the 18-20 range. I don't check in the city. Using 93 octane gas. I can set my cruise at 85, and not get into boost. Intercooled, yes. 3.73 gears, soon to be Eaton posi. Live in Pittsburgh, PA. Had it on the Dynojet mobile chassis dyno from Werx Motorsports at the Indy stop on the Power Tour, made 353 rwhp, and 398 rwtq. Picked up 20hp, and 15lbft tq after getting a set of Crane Gold Race 1.8 Roller Rockers, springs, pushrods at Vinci Highperformance. LOTS more in the s.o.p. meter. I didn't use the Spray in foam for the fenderwell. The only in cab noise I have at cruise soeeds is my exhaust, and it's not really bad. I have 18" Centerline Stingray III's with Nitto 404's. Hope that helps. If you want, I can pm you a place to get a good price on the kit.

Yes PM me on the Radix and Roller Rockers.
Do the rockers not effect mpg?
Was the Dyno before or after the rockers?
