Default pic of tripple gauge pod and wideband gauge

pic is bleary, couldn't get it to take a nice pic for some reason. that bottom gauge is part of the fjo wideband set up so it is acurate. the top gauge is future for boost, may need to swap that out when i start pushing 20psi . dont really like the gauges right there where they can be seen and kind of close to your face but what options are there.

anyone know where i can tap onto a dash light circuit, the fjo gauge will dim at night if i can find a place to tap that circuit but i looked all over and cant find it.

Parish, why not just tap into the dimmer going to the sterio? It works in junction with the dash lights and dims at night. Nice set up by the way. Still planning the tusbo setup, or whipple?

I think it's the grey wire going to the gauge cluster. With a little hunting and a test light you can find it.

I had the 2 gauge pod in mine .. I liked it, except for the fact it stood out like a sore thumb. Someone asked me one day in the WalMart parking lot if they were tachometers. I told them sure. I had one on top of my steering wheel as well.

You can't tell it in the picture, but the one on the steering column was a water temp gauge that read from 120 to like 250 or something. It was used for intercooler temp.

I put the blue bulb covers on mine. They acatually illuminate a blueish green light that is fairly dim and matches the dash lighting.

When I had a tach and gauges in my Bronco I wired the lites into the dash dimmer swich so I could dim the dash and gauges together also did it on some mustangs to but never have seen what it takes on these trucks. That seems the best way

Hey Parish, is that a complete A-pillar or a cover?? I'd like to find a complete one and get rid of the one I have that just goes over the stock cover.

It looks to be the complete A-piler. Auto-Lite makes them, Summit has them available. It is best to get the part number from Auto-Lite's site and look up the part number on Summit's site.

Fast4.8 mine didn't come with the blue, so I used the green. They were about the same color as my cd player, but off just a little from the dash lights.

it is just a cover but covers almost all of the factory unit, you can still see some of the factory one at the edges

That's the same way that steering wheel pod was. It covers the top half of the plastic and uses those PITA platic bolt things.
