The 5.3 piston dish volume is 8.14 cc. By using a 4.8 flat top piston, you will effectively reduce your trapped volume by that amount.combustion chamber volume of 61.15 cc. Rough calc says over 11:1.

Ok, using your info, and the information provided on this thread static compression I come up with around 11.1 or just a penny or 2 higher.

btw, because im lazy and dont feel like searching. what is the relation between CR and milling? Say .040 milled off the deck of the cylinder heads. What sorta bump in compression would that lead to?
