You can tie the differential over to the left side and remove pan. Did you take the rack loose too? Let me know what you all have out.

the rack is out , steering gear is out, all the bolts of he careier are out, is there any hidden bolts in there?

the pan isnt the problem, its removing the diff

I think just 4 or 5 18mm headed bolts on diff. Front axle actuator comes off pan and then through axle pulls out right side too.

Is the diff loose in there and just having problems clearing the frame etc?

all the diff bolts are on the bottom right?

Diff may be stuck on the pan so you would need to knock it off with prybar but shouldn't take much.
