Default Plug and wire change

I have a 4.3 with stock A/C delco plugs, I have 90,000 miles on them, but I want an upgrade? Any recomendations? I was thinking of NGK's, but what would give a littler more pep?

Thanks

Your not going to gain anything power wise from plugs. It will just idle better. But if you must, just get some NGK's and some MSD wires.

I Had a 2000 sierra with a 4.3, don't waste your money on fancy plugs and wires the stockers work just as well as anything you will buy at a fraction of the cost.

yup.
Most people run tr55's cuz they are good plugs and cheap. Stock wires are plenty sufficient, even for the F/I guys.
