Default Plugs make a difference?

Someone is recommending Denso Iridium plugs to me, saying they will make a difference in my setup (Radix-blown 2003 5.3L Vortec). Anyone have input on this?

If your plugs are stock, and the installer didn't change them to one heat range colder for the radix, that could be a source for your missing power.

Most blown guys on here go with NGK tr6's. They are alot cheaper than iridiums. I don't know too much about Iridiums and boost.

Go check one of your plugs to see if the installer changed them from stockers.

So you have a vortech blower and a radix blower? Wow, I can see why you were disappointed by your power output...

Sorry...just a pet peeve of mine...

If you're talking about spelling, I've corrected it to clear up any ambiguity.

the iridium and platinum type plugs get overly hot for a s/c application the iridium and platinum is the so they self clean which in a s/c application will cause a detonation inducing hot spot in the combustion chamber try tr6's or tr55's I'v got 55's and added 1 degree across the board w/ no detonation I was going to try some more, but winter is here in michigan and the truck is parked for the winter.
