By the looks of your sig i'd guess you have efi live? i recently had an o2 go bad and it would just miss like a bitch. BLACKGMC showed me a way to test them.
If you go to scan tool. Dashboard B, watch your HO2S11 (bank 1) and HO2S21 (bankt 2). they should both move up and down like a wave across the graph. If one stays constant it's bad.
But what your describing doesn't sound o2 related to me.

did some logging today and my fuel trims were maxed at 25 on both banks but we checked everywhere and found no leaks also the o2 sensors were working fine while driving then after about an hour we were idleing and the o2s just flat lined and the truck started stuttering again. so im buying 2 new o2s

If both your trims are maxed you have to think of the something that pertains to the whole engine. Things I'd be checking are fuel pressure, intake manifold gasket leaks or intake tube leaking after the MAF somewhere. It's going to be an air leak or not proper fuel pressure. If your trims are maxed positively, that means you're extremely lean. (positive trims means it's trying to add fuel).
