popping/dying when accelerating

i bought an oem fuel pump, it should be here soon. hope it fixes it

well for anyone who is still following this, i put a new fuel pump in today. it seem to idle fine now even though i haven't sat in traffic yet. but now when i accelerate steadily it completly falls on its face at 3000rpm and wont go higher? but it drives good below that rpm so i dont think its limp mode or anything? no codes or ses lights. could this be the fuel pump regulator?
