Default port and polish my heads when doing my cam

well it looks like i have a slightly blowen head gasket so i was thinking that if its a gasket then might as well as port in polish the heads ... i have a 2005 chevy silverado 5.3 L ext cab with long tubes no cats, aem intake , custom dyno tune, throttle body spacer, corsa exhaust 3 in pipe and a cam which i havent installed so might as well do that too.. so therefore since i have a blown gasket i was thinkin too port and polish the heads too match the cam i have which is a custom syn cam 224,224*568.114 and i have the 706 aluminum heads i believe.. so if yall can help me give the specs to port and polish the heads it to match the cam or do u think i should just get better performance ones?

I dont know of anyone locally I'd give my heads to, do you? A good PnP will run a few $ and you might do better with a fully sprung set.
You've had that cam forever-get it in there!
