Default ported throttle body?

the main reason is for gas mileage increase, and better performance when i want it, worth it? also looking for a vaccum line to tap into, any idea where ones at. Under intake manifold cover their apears to be a vaccum line, but liikes way to big any ideas?

Ported throttle body is worth it. Under the intake manifold is the coolant crossover pipe. What do you need a vacuum supply for?

From skilled use of a dremel tool lol

You can buy them online in exchange for yours. I forget the site, but someone will chime in!

^ a P+P'd TB will be worth it's weight as you ad mods. Unless you are running large displacement 383 stroker or bigger or H/C, the Stock P+P'd TB is fine. The stocker is even fine w/ a H/C.. THen the FAST 90/90 may pick up about 10hp over the LS6 intake/LS2 Intake and stock TB.

Anywhere from 5-12 hp has been gained from a ported/polished throttle body.

I had SS_bnoon_SS(member here) port a throttle body for me. Biggest improvement was it made the throttle response feel more crisp. As far as HP gains and gas mileage, very minimal but still worth doing. He sent me a finished TB after I paid him his fee + a core charge. After I mailed him the stock TB back, he refunded the core charge.
