Default Possible rear end problems?

I was driving my truck tonight...and when I took a sharp right turn I hear my left tire skipping...almost chirping the tire every couple of feet. Is this a sign that my G80 is about to go out? I hope not, because I am getting ready to sell my truck and I just sold my Eaton posi that has been sitting in my garage. Any help is appreciated, Kent.

Hey I have an open differential if you want it for really cheap so you can sell the truck.

hell, i don't have a g80 and i get the left tire to spin all the time...but i have stock wheels/tires on my truck(took the amer. racing ones off for cleaning) and the stockers spin like hell cuz they're hard and skinny. i can spin them all the way into 3rd and about half way through there.
